1. Brightness limitation: indoor LED display has low requirements for brightness, mainly using dynamic scanning circuit, but outdoor LED screen has higher requirements for brightness, because it is a static scanning circuit, the hardware difference between the two is relatively large. The most important thing for dynamic scanning is to save the hardware cost of the display. The number of driver chips used is more than ten times different, so this also greatly determines that the brightness of the indoor screen is relatively low, generally between 1600cd/㎡. Suitable for indoor use.

2. Waterproof limit. The indoor LED screen structure is basically not waterproof, even if it is waterproof, it is also a simple waterproof treatment. Outdoor LED displays have high requirements for waterproofing. Because they often encounter wind, rain and thunder and lightning outdoors, they must be aligned during production. If the cables and boxes are properly waterproofed, there will be differences in the requirements of the box structure itself.

3. The viewing distance is limited. The requirement of indoor LED display is that the viewing distance is short. The models are generally between P0.8, P1.5, P1.75, P2, P3 and P4. The area is relatively small, generally within 100 square meters. , While the outdoor LED display requires a longer viewing distance, and the model is generally between P8 and P20. Because the outdoor display is usually larger in area, it generally exceeds 40 square meters.
