LED lamps are the trend of future lighting and the necessary development direction of future lighting. Civil lighting is the lighting field that accounts for more than half of the lighting market. LED fluorescent lamps, as civil lighting LED lamps, have now been withdrawn from the market and entered consumers' homes. The LED tube and the traditional fluorescent tube are the same in appearance and caliber. There are three lengths of 60cm, 120cm, and 150cm. The power is 8W, 9W, 10W, 12W, 15W, 16W and 20W, while the 60cm traditional fluorescent tube actually consumes electricity. About 26W, 120cm traditional fluorescent lamp (the actual power consumption is about 45W; LED tube is only 40% of the traditional tube, it is a high-efficiency and energy-saving lighting product. 1. First, the LED tube is divided into two models, T5 and T8, T5 According to the length, it is divided into 5 types: 330, 600, 900, 1200, 1500, and T8 has only 4 types, 600, 900, 1200, and 1500. When you choose, please choose the length you need first. , Size and size, choose the length according to your needs. 2. Then look at the wick of the LED fluorescent lamp, which is the luminous source, the selected luminous source has low light decay, will not flicker, and is good for the eyes. Then how to choose luminescence What about the chip? At present, the better light-emitting chip is the sapphire chip. First, the sapphire substrate production technology is mature and the device quality is good; secondly, the sapphire is very stable and can be used in the high-temperature growth process; later, the sapphire machinery High strength, easy to handle and clean. Therefore, most processes generally use sapphire as the substrate. So when buying, you can ask the store what chip is used in the product and whether it is a sapphire chip. 3. The thermal conductivity of sapphire Not very good (approximately 25W/(m·K) at 100°C). Therefore, when choosing LED fluorescent lamps, its material and heat dissipation performance are particularly prominent. Generally speaking, the materials of LED fluorescent lamps are mainly divided into two types, high Alloy aluminum or acrylic. It is recommended to choose aluminum material, because although the acrylic sheet has a slightly higher light transmittance than aluminum, it has flame resistance, is not spontaneously combustible, but is flammable, and does not have self-extinguishing properties. Above the radiator and mask, it has to withstand high heat, so aluminum is recommended.
