Let's discuss the emergency treatment of water ingress in the led display.

1. Use a fan or other tools at the fastest speed to completely dry the water inlet screen.

2. The screen body is energized and aged after being completely dried. The specific steps are as follows:

①. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 10%, aging for 8-12 hours after power on.

②. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 30%, aging for 12 hours after power on.

③. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 60%, aging for 12-24 hours after electrifying.

④. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 80%, aging for 12-24 hours after power on.

⑤. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 100%, and aging for 8-12 hours after power on.

3. After completing the above steps, the screen body will basically return to normal; however, the following points need to be paid attention to during the processing:

①. When you find water in the warehouse or the LED screen, you should deal with it urgently and do not delay.

② Organize personnel to blow-dry the flooded LED large screen body.

③. Do not put the large LED screen that has been flooded into the air box, as this will easily make the LED light boring.

④. When water enters the warehouse, the air box may enter water. All air boxes should be exposed to the sun to prevent moisture from volatilizing into the LED display screen after the box is installed.

⑤ If all water-ingressed LED displays are not processed in time, the stability of the display may be affected more or less. During the emergency treatment process, the phenomenon of continuous dead lights may occur after the display is energized.

⑥. All water-ingressed LED display screens are in the air box. After more than 72 hours, the screen body is basically of no repair value. Please handle it with caution.
