       Outdoor lamps are commonly used lamps for urban lighting, decoration, setting and other functions. They are generally composed of aluminum alloy shell, high-power LED, light distribution lens, waterproof cavity, and waterproof driving power supply. Because LED has the characteristics of energy saving, high light efficiency, rich color, long life, etc., the outdoor lamps of other light sources are gradually replaced by outdoor lamps. The lamps of outdoor lighting manufacturers have gradually replaced other types of landscape lighting lamps, and their applications will become more and more extensive in the future. Outdoor lamps can be used indoors and outdoors, squares, entertainment venues, living rooms, etc. In a word, as long as you want to It can be used anywhere, except underwater!

  At present, a large number of the industry uses a single 0.06W power. If we want to achieve a power of 1W, we need to use 17 same LEDs with a total brightness of 17*6=102lm, which means that it can achieve 100lm/W; If we use a single chip with 1W power, the output brightness is as high as 80lm, and the commonly used one is generally around 60lm. This is a major difference in brightness.

       From the perspective of product cost, the cost of high-power LED is higher than that of low-power. This comes from two aspects, one is the cost of the LED itself, and the other is that the high-power LED needs to add an aluminum heat sink. As long as low power is used, ordinary circuit boards and natural heat dissipation can meet the requirements.

       The power module of the outdoor lamp is installed inside the shell, and the space is limited. In order to save space, some manufacturers solder the pin-type component surface on the PCB, which is unacceptable. These surface-welded pin components are likely to fall off due to false welding and other reasons, causing danger. Therefore, socket welding should be adopted as much as possible for these components. If surface welding is unavoidable, it is necessary to provide additional protection for this component by fixing it with glue.
