Therefore, the cleaning of outdoor LED displays is particularly important whether it is before or after the screen is installed.

1. Cleaning of semi-finished LED modules

When the LED module is only a semi-finished product without a kit, it needs to be cleaned with special washing water. Dip the LED module with some washing water and then scrub it with a brush to accelerate the dissolution of rosin and the fall of flux. To remove dust and impurities, this step of cleaning is done by the manufacturer.

2. Cleaning of LED electronic display screen after installation

After the LED electronic display is installed and displayed for a period of time, dust and impurities will accumulate. In order not to affect the display effect of the display, it is necessary to clean the surface of the LED display with clean water or clean water to remove different types of dirt. The surface of the LED display can be cleaned, and special care must be taken when cleaning. Do not get the cleaning water on the back of the LED module. This step of cleaning can be done by the manufacturer during after-sales maintenance, or it can be done by the customer.

Fourth, outdoor LED display cleaning steps

　　1, dust removal: that is Blow dust. The direction of blowing dust should be consistent, from left to right or from right to left. Use a professional electric brush to clean the dust or dirt on the surface of the display module. When cleaning, the pneumatic brush cleans evenly, and it can be cleaned repeatedly according to the pollution degree and age or aging of the display screen.

　　2. Cleaning: Use a sprayer to spray a special cleaning fluid onto the surface of the module for preliminary cleaning.

　　3. Secondary dust removal: Use a professional electric brush to clean the dust of the LED display module again. Note: This cleaning needs to replace the brush. The brush can be reused but must be cleaned to avoid re-contamination.

　　4. Secondary cleaning: Spray a special cleaning fluid on the surface of the module to clean it again to remove the dust left by the secondary dust removal. Determine the ratio of cleaning solution to water according to the remaining dirt on the display surface. If there is not much dirt, you can spray with clean water.
