But expanding to system applications and lighting solutions, the added value will be much greater, which is the direction of future industry development. On the other hand, long life is the advantage of LED products, but also the weakness of the LED industry. Due to its long lifespan, imagine that the lifespan of an LED bulb is ten years. Consumers may not have the need to replace it during these ten years, but for the market, it loses the motivation to drive consumption. The LED intelligent lighting system developed by our company can give full play to the advantages of LED digital lighting and play a very important role in promoting LEDs to enter the home market. At present, it is the best time to develop LED intelligent lighting system. It will be the next new growth point in the wave of LED reform. It is of great significance for promoting the development of LED lighting and promoting the growth of the national economy. 1.2. Current status and trends of technology development at home and abroad In recent years, with the development of technology and the continuous improvement of material living standards. Manufacturers pay more attention to it, and intelligent lighting has entered the initial stage of rapid development. 1.3. Analysis of the industrialization prospect of the project The industry in which the product of this project is located, and its development and market application are currently in a stage of rapid growth. Under the objective conditions of tight global energy supply and severe environmental protection situation, my country has clearly put forward the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. As a new generation of "revolutionary" light sources following incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps, LED lighting will greatly reduce my country's energy consumption. Its industrial development and market application are of great significance for achieving the strategic goals of energy conservation and emission reduction. The specific goal of China's semiconductor lighting development is to enter 30% of the general lighting market by 2015 and replace 70% of imported chips. The scale of the industry will reach 500 billion yuan, and 500,000 new jobs will be created; it will save 140 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity each year and save standards annually. Coal is 49 million tons, and carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and other gas emissions are reduced by 140 million tons. In the recently released Twelfth Five-Year Plan, Guangdong will promote 30 million indoor lighting fixtures, driving the province's indoor LED lighting penetration rate to exceed 30%. According to the scale of the indoor lighting application demonstration, 30%-50% of the financial subsidy will be given to guide residents to purchase and replace LED lighting lamps voluntarily. According to the average cost of 200 yuan per lamp (including hardware, installation, and debugging costs), the market capacity of LED intelligent control in Guangdong in the next five years is about 6 billion yuan, and the national industry scale can reach more than 60 billion yuan. Therefore, the industrialization prospect of LED intelligent lighting system is very broad and has a very huge market space. It is another new growth point for the government to promote economic development and employment after LED chips. 2. Research and development content, methods, technical routes 2.1. Main research content 1) LED digital dimming. Many times we only need a few lights to meet the lighting needs, but traditional light bulbs only achieve dimming effects by turning off some of the light bulbs, not dimming in the true sense. LEDs are semiconductor components and have natural digital dimming advantages. There are many dimming methods. When the number of bulbs is relatively small, SCR can be used to achieve simple dimming, but when the number of bulbs is relatively large, PWM must be used to achieve digital dimming. The LED digital dimming we study is mainly to study the PWM dimming technology. 2) Centralized digital management of LEDs. With the increasing number of LED lights, it is obvious that traditional switch control can no longer meet actual needs. Today, with the rapid development of microcomputer technology, it is the best choice to use microcomputers instead of traditional switches to manage and control LED lamps. Embedded systems are the soul of microcomputers and the current development trend of smart home appliances. We mainly study the application of embedded system in lighting management, which improves the digital management of LED lights to a new level. 3) Data communication technology. We mainly study 485 wired communication technology and DMX512 lighting control protocol. Including the reliability and stability of data transmission, the anti-interference of communication lines, etc., are the basis for ensuring the stability of the entire system. 4) LED lighting effects. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, lighting is no longer just to meet the needs of lighting, people are more inclined to the lighting effect of light. Use professional lighting effect design software to simulate the lighting effects of various atmospheres, and then write the parameters into the lighting control software. When needed, the light can be set to the corresponding brightness and color temperature with just one tap. At the same time, it is necessary to study the impact of various lighting effects on people's psychology, and create different environmental atmospheres through different lighting. 2.2. Key technologies to be solved 1. LED dimming technology. The current research on LED dimming IC is still in its infancy, and dimming LEDs on the market stay at the low-power level. We must develop a mature dimming solution that can drive higher-power LEDs, thereby reducing the overall cost. 2. Networking technology of the controller. Our products can be installed on a small scale alone or on a large scale. When installing on a large scale, the lighting system in large buildings can be centrally controlled through the computer system. Therefore, the control information exchange and communication of the controller is also one of the key technologies that we need to solve. 2.3. The proposed method, technical route, process flow and step-by-step implementation plan 1. Research and development of LED dimming circuit. LED is a semiconductor component, it is very different from the traditional electric light source. Therefore, the LED dimming must use a dedicated dimming circuit to achieve the best dimming effect. After months of market demand research and product technology research and development, our company has now implemented a dedicated dimming circuit for LEDs: first adjust the voltage through the CPU, and then convert it into PWM adjustment to achieve digital adjustment, and the brightness can be 0%~ 100% adjustment. And it solves the influence on the power grid when the thyristor is used for dimming. Through our tests, both the dimming effect and related technical indicators have reached the ideal standard, and are currently at an advanced level among similar products. 2. Realization of the controller function. The function of the controller is to connect and control each LED light. The controller adjusts the output signal after receiving the instruction from the panel or the remote control to achieve the function of adjusting the brightness of the LED. It can be used alone in the home, or it can be freely networked in the entire building. Through the wired or wireless interface, the intelligent lighting system in the intelligent building is formed. 3. The overall online debugging of the system. The dimming circuits and controllers we developed in the early stage are all unit systems. The third step is to combine each unit system into a complete large system through the network. Including data communication, networking technology, computer management software, embedded systems, etc. 2.4. Project features and innovative breakthrough points 1. It can be used alone in small-scale applications, such as homes, offices and other places. It can also be connected to the grid in a large range, such as hotels, shopping malls, etc. The networking form is simple and flexible. The newly added lamps can be connected to the existing network at any time without changing the original structure. 2. Through the remote control or the LCD touch screen on the wall, you can conveniently manage all the LED lamps, smart switches, and sockets in the home, realize wireless control and scene control; completely change the traditional mode of a group of switches to control a group of lights, and improve the LED lights Digital management. Adjust the brightness of the lights, whether you are meeting guests, watching TV, or listening to music, adjusting the brightness of different lights can create different atmospheres and save energy. The adjusted brightness can be saved, so that it can be used directly next time. For fixed-mode scenes, there is no need to switch lights and dimming one by one. You can control a group of lights by pressing a key only after you set it once. You can also set a combination of lighting and electrical appliances, such as movie and TV mode, which will automatically turn on the TV, set-top box and appropriate lighting. You can directly control the local lights according to your usual habits; the switch can be arbitrarily set according to the needs of the objects to be controlled, for example, the switch in the hall can be used to turn off all the lights; so when you leave home, you can turn off the home with a single tap All lights are convenient and safe. 2.5. The technical, economic indicators and social and economic benefits expected to be achieved after the completion of the project will drive and enhance the industry. The current lighting control systems on the market are all large-scale control systems, which are expensive and complex, and are not suitable for families or Small-scale applications. This is due to the low controllability of traditional bulbs. Entering the LED lighting era, this situation will be completely broken. LED is a semiconductor material with natural digital control advantages. In addition to controlling brightness and color temperature, it can also control color. In addition to meeting people's needs for lighting control in the LED lighting era, our project can also promote the development of the home lighting design industry. For the semiconductor lighting industry, if it is only used for light sources and lamps, the profit margin is limited. But when it is extended to system applications and lighting solutions, the added value will be much greater. We expect that the scale of the LED intelligent control industry will reach 60 billion yuan in the next five years, which can create 100,000 related jobs.
