2. Design the wiring position of the transmission signal line

(1) The construction personnel shall lay the communication cables in accordance with the design plan after the survey by the technicians;

(2) Placement and route; (including necessary excavation, drilling, grooving, etc.)

(3) Buried line pipes, threading, mainly laying lines;

(4) Install the wire connector.

3. Fabrication of LED display screen body frame

(1) The construction personnel shall carry out the construction of the frame in accordance with the reference design drawings provided by the structural designer;

(2) The production of steel frame; (to ensure the accuracy of structure production)

(3) Welding installation of steel frame;

(4) Construction of decorative materials outside the led display; (mainly related to the beautiful decoration of the periphery)

(5) The lead of the power supply system inside the screen.

4. Installation of led display

(1) Installation and fixing of the led display box; (Ensure the accuracy of positioning and the strength of the connection to ensure the flatness and seamlessness of the screen)

(2) Box connection, signal wire connection, distribution box installation, power cord connection, control network erection.

5. Debugging of LED display system

(1) Detection of LED display power supply system;

(2) The detection and debugging of the led display screen system; the debugging of the network system; the debugging of the multimedia system.
