Why is the brightness of the large LED screen inconsistent? With the progress of social development, people are increasingly pursuing comfort, convenience, and material diversification. And LED big screens have risen in such a demand. Now LED big screens can be seen in the streets and alleys. The main reason is that it is really convenient and stable, and the content can be changed at will, and it can be used in a variety of occasions. LED large screens basically get rid of the traditional advertising methods. However, the shortcomings of LED large screens are also obvious. They are more prone to faults such as blind lights and inconsistent brightness. The occurrence of these faults is mostly related to the manufacturer’s technology. It also has a certain relationship with the working environment of the LED large screen. Of course, the most important thing is to look at the light-emitting components and driving components used by LED large screen manufacturers.
So is there a way to avoid the problem of inconsistent brightness of LED light-emitting tubes as much as possible? The reason for avoiding it as much as possible is actually due to the limited technical level and the lack of absolute precision, so inconsistent brightness in the production process is inevitable. At this stage, the countermeasures adopted by most manufacturers are to separate the files after the production is completed, that is, put the two adjacent files with the smallest difference in brightness, so that the brightness of the large LED screen can be slightly adjusted. The biggest disadvantage of adopting this method is that the yield rate will be very low. If there are too many mismatches, there will be too much inventory. This is actually not conducive to long-term development. Therefore, the general manufacturers will control the brightness difference at about 20%.
The driving components used in large LED screens are basically constant current driving chips. For example, the driving components are generally constant current driving chips, such as MB15026, LD1018, and so on. These chips contain 16 constant current drive outputs, which can be used to set the current output value. The error of each output of the same chip is controlled within 3%, and the output error of different chips is controlled within 6%.
It is normal for the brightness error of 25% between the pixels of the large LED screen to appear. If the LED tube used is not the same grade and type of product, the brightness error may rise to more than 40%.
In fact, the root cause of the blurred screen is that the brightness of the large LED screen is inconsistent, and the correction equipment cannot be used to correct it later. It can only be achieved by the manufacturer's production, please contact your service provider or manufacturer to request a solution.
