　　1. The quality of some solar lights is average, and the lighting effect is worrying

　　Most of the street lights installed in rural areas are solar lights. Because it is more economical and environmentally friendly, it can also reduce the expenditure of the common people. However, in the process of purchasing and installation, there may be some problems, causing the quality of solar lights  be not particularly good. At the beginning, there was no problem with the installation and normal care was provided, but after a period of time, the solar lamp could only provide a few hours of lighting. At 10 or 12 o'clock in the evening, the light was very dim. Some farmers joked that street lights were like ghost fires. Especially when it comes  continuous rainy weather, it is basically dark.

　　2. The street lamp planning and design is unreasonable and not fully covered

　　The route planning for the installation of street lights in rural areas is unreasonable. It is okay in some villages clustered on plains. Almost everyone gathers gether and street lights can basically cover them. There may even be some wrangling phenomena, resulting in very slow maintenance. Maybe a street lamp is broken and no one has repaired it for a month or even a few months. Once this happens, the people will definitely not do it in their hearts. Therefore, the good thing of installing street lights will become a bad thing.

　　However, generally speaking, the installation of street lights in rural areas is a benefiting project that is conducive  the lives of ordinary people. It's just that there should be more detailed guidelines in the installation, design, maintenance and cost sharing of street lights, a more scientific management system should be adopted, and the needs of all villagers should be taken care of as much as possible  provide real and effective services for the lives of ordinary people.
