Road lighting sources, lamps and their auxiliary devices shall meet the following requirements:
① The performance indicars of light sources and lamps should meet the requirements of energy-saving evaluation values ??stipulated by the current national energy efficiency standards.
② Street lights are exposed the outdoors for a long time, and their protection level is generally not lower than IP54.
③For roads, expressways, and main roads without buildings around, light-cutting lamps must be used make the roads have high degree, good uniformity, and almost no glare; for general urban roads, secondary arterial roads or surrounding roads Building roads must use semi-cut light lamps; while branch roads or surrounding places are bright, non-cut light lamps should be used.
The so-called cut-off type lamps are lamps whose maximum light intensity direction and the downward vertical axis of the lamp are at an angle of 0°~65°, and the maximum allowable values ??of light intensity in the directions of 90° and 80° are 10cd/1000lm and 100cd/1000lm, respectively. Regardless of the size of the light source's luminous flux, its maximum light intensity in the 90° direction shall not exceed 1000cd.
The so-called half-cut luminaire is a luminaire whose maximum light intensity direction and the downward vertical axis of the luminaire are 0°~75°, and the maximum allowable values ??of light intensity in the directions of 90° and 80° are 50cd/1000lm and 100cd/1000lm, respectively. Regardless of the size of the light source's luminous flux, its maximum light intensity in the 90° direction shall not exceed 1000cd.
Non-cut-off type lamps are lamps whose maximum light intensity direction is not limited, and the maximum light intensity in the direction of 90° shall not exceed 1000cd.
④ When choosing lamps, the efficiency of conventional road lighting lamps should not be less than 70%, and the efficiency of floodlights should not be less than 65%, provided that the relevant standards of the lamps and the requirements of light intensity distribution and glare restrictions are met.
⑤ The power facr of the gas discharge lamp circuit should not be less than 0.85.
⑥ Except for residential areas and a few roads with special requirements, the following measures should be taken reduce the brightness (illuminance) of the road in the middle of the night: use dual light source lamps, turn off one light source at night; use a device that can aumatically reduce the power of the light source in the middle of the night; More than half of the lamps, but two lamps adjacent each other in the longitudinal direction of the road must not be turned off.
⑦ Reasonable control methods should be selected, and control equipment with high reliability and good consistency should be adopted.
⑧ A maintenance plan should be drawn up, and it is advisable carry out regular cleaning of lamps and lanterns, replacement of light sources and maintenance of other facilities.
