Heavy! In these areas of LED, national standards are coming
In China, any standard is approved and issued by the national standardization authority. In order further ensure that national standards not only conform the vital interests of consumers, but also can effectively promote the fair and orderly development of the industry, my country has strict regulations on the procedures for the formulation of national standards. Over the years, the government-led, multi-party participation, and extensively demonstrated national standard-setting model has also laid the foundation for the steady and rapid development of China's economy.
In the past period of time, the term "standard" has been in full swing in the LED industry. Recently, there have been many national standards or drafting or public announcements in the industry. Let’s take a look at the specific hot areas of the LED industry that these national standards are around.
On July 21, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved the release of 199 recommended national standards and 3 national standard amendments.
It is worth noting that 8 of the 199 recommended national standards are related lighting, covering smart lighting, smart street lamps, LED lamps, metal halide lamps and OLEDs, etc. The relevant lighting standards will be formalized on February 1, 2021 Implementation details are as follows.
Among them, two national standards such as "General Requirements for Intelligent Lighting Systems" are conducive the value development, promotion and application of intelligent lighting systems and products, and meet the market's demand for intelligent and multifunctional lighting systems.
A few days ago, in accordance with the requirements of the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization (2018-2022)" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, in response the people-oriented guiding principle of village lighting, the necessary standards for the construction of basic environmental facilities in villages and wns were improved. In accordance with the requirements of the National Standardization Management Committee, a national standard was established and compiled for the "Lighting Code for Villages and wns" (20180018-T-469). This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Urban Public Facilities Service Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC537) (referred as the city standard) Committee).
The "Village and wnship Lighting Code" standard is applicable the lighting planning, design, construction acceptance, maintenance and management of newly built and rebuilt villages and wns. The standard will standardize the planning, design, construction and management of lighting in villages and wns, improve the level of lighting facilities in villages and wns, and create good labor for residents And the living environment, ensure that the lighting facilities are reasonably and scientifically arranged and implemented, and improve the current situation of lack of construction standards for lighting in villages and wns.
According the "Notice of the National Standards Committee on Issuing the First Batch of Recommended National Standards Development and Revision Plan in 2020", the "Smart City Smart Multi-function Pole Service Function and Operation Management Specification" (hereinafter referred as the "specification") was formally approved. The plan number is 20201707-T-469. It is worth noting that the technical standard of the "General Requirements for Smart City Smart Multi-Pole System" is also in the drafting stage.
Since May 2018, there have been cases of related intelligent multi-function pole systems in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Hunan, Shaanxi, Jilin, Guangxi and other places. However, the name and conceptual category of the smart multi-function pole have not formed a unified understanding, and there is no corresponding standard for reference on the performance of the corresponding functional equipment and the design load of the pole, and the wind load index.
The recently announced national standard "General Requirements for Smart City Smart Multi-Pole System" will solve this problem. The standard was declared on September 16, 2019, and the publicity ended on May 10 this year. See below for details.
Standard introduction
The "General Requirements for Smart City Smart Multi-Pole System" is reported and implemented by TC28 (National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee), and the competent authority is the National Standardization Management Committee.
The main drafters of this standard are: National Energy Conservation Center, China Electronics Standardization Research Institute, CLP New Smart City Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sansi Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Inspur Software Group, Huawei Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing New Space Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Taihua Smart Industry Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Ltd., etc.
The problem be solved by the standard
Smart multi-function poles are an important entry point for information perception and interconnection in the construction of smart cities, as well as a carrier for the deployment of 5G base stations in the future.
The main problems be solved by the standard include:
(1) The problem of inconsistent cognition and lack of standards in the city-level intelligent multi-function pole system industry;
(2) Difficulties in loading different information equipment and accessories, and difficulties in interconnection between information equipment;
(3) The problems of low effective utilization of resources, repeated investment, and high maintenance costs in the later period.
The formulation of this standard can effectively standardize the overall technical requirements of the city-level smart multi-function pole system, and provide a technical reference for the planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance of the smart multi-function pole system in various places.
This standard helps the intensive construction of urban smart multi-function poles, realizes the interconnection and intercommunication of various sensor information, solves the current problem of no standards for the construction of smart multi-function pole systems, and helps achieve the goal of smart city construction.
The development of this standard can provide technical guidance for the integrated and integrated design of city-level intelligent multi-function pole systems, improve the level of information sharing and business collaboration in public security, urban management, environmental protection and other fields, and lead the development of emerging industries such as 5G, Internet of Things, and Internet of Vehicles. Development provides support for the construction of local smart cities.
Scope and main technical content
The standard gives the basic principles, system composition, and system architecture of the smart multifunctional pole system in the smart city scenario, and specifies the basic system requirements, system communication requirements, system coding and marking requirements, system power supply requirements, and system operation and maintenance requirements. This standard is applicable the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of smart multi-function pole systems in smart city scenarios.
The main technical content of the standard includes:
1) Basic principles: Mainly expounds the principles and design principles of the new construction and renovation of the intelligent multifunctional pole.
2) System composition: The smart multi-function pole system should be based on the actual needs of the development and application of smart city construction technology realize the access or integration with the related information system of smart city construction. The intelligent multi-function pole system mainly includes the intelligent multi-fu
