The earliest low-power LEDs often used aluminum sheets to conduct heat in order to save costs. Later, the power of LED lamp beads increased, and copper sheets replaced aluminum sheets, because copper's thermal conductivity was second only to silver (only about 4.3% weaker). Later, the power of the LED lamp beads continued to rise, and the heat transfer speed of the copper sheet began to appear to be stretched, so a magical heat-conducting device-"heat pipe" began to spread rapidly in the LED headlight industry. Everyone who has played computer DIY knows that the air cooling of the CPU radiator is to fight for more tubes, fins and a large area.

That is, the heat conduction speed of the fancy heat pipe is about 1500 times faster than that of copper, and the heat of the LED lamp bead can be quickly transferred to the heat sink in the first time, so that the temperature difference between the different positions of the entire headlight is very small. It won't be too hot by itself.

For example, now high-end LED products have begun to adopt the heat dissipation configuration of "copper heat pipe + violent 10,000-rotation fan". For LED products with 12V (single headlight) voltage and working current above 3.5A (even some products reach above 4A), it is conceivable that the actual power of these LED lamp beads is very high.

So now we choose LED lighting products, if you want high brightness, the power of the LED lamp chip must not be low. When the power is high, the heat will naturally become more serious, and a more "heavy" heat sink is needed to adapt. Now the "red copper heat pipe + violent 10,000-rpm fan" is the "standard configuration" of this type of high-end LED.
